During the month of April, the students started the second quarter of the school year. Their studies are going well. Their evangelistic efforts have born much fruit. 61 Bible studies were conducted, resulting in four baptisms and four restorations.
During the first quarter there was a congregation of the denomination known as “the Brethren” that was converted to Christ in its entirety. These new Christians are now without a place of worship because the buildings that they had been using were reclaimed by the hierarchy of the denomination. Nevertheless, they are remaining faithful, and men from the school are going out each Lord’s Day to preach and teach.
Students from Rwenzori are being contacted by souls in western Uganda and Eastern Congo with requests for study. The biggest challenge is finding the time and ability to travel to fulfill each of these requests.
